Is it already Mid February?! Just around the corner is the registration deadline for projects to register under Green Star Design & As Built vs1.1! After this deadline, all projects will need to register under the brand new Green Star Buildings NZ Tool.
So what do you need to know?
⭐ Projects currently have the choice between registering under Green Star Buildings Tool or Design & As Built Tool
⭐ Projects targeting Green Star Design & As Built must submit EOIs no later than May 30th and be fully registered under vs1.1 by no later than June 30th
⭐ After May 30th, NZGBC will be fully transitioned to the new Buildings Tool and will no longer accept EOIs for Design & As Built
⭐ The new Buildings Tool is full of new changes to be aware of, with 16 new minimum requirements and more focus on social sustainability
