OTAGO POLYTECHNIC LIVING CAMPUS
Building Certification:
Living Community Challenge Philosophy
2015 - 2019
Setting the path for future long term campus sustainability capital works projects, TLC worked with Otago Polytechnic executive leadership team to develop a sustainability strategy and plan that aligns with the Polytechnic organisational policies. This contributed into the redevelopment of two sites within the Dunedin Campus - Forth Street and Albany Street.
TLC was responsible for development of the sustainability brief for procurement of consultants, and development of a sustainability framework for use by the design team for this specific project and by the Polytechnic for future capital works projects.
The project is registered under the Living Community Challenge programme.
